It promotes mental, emotional and physical health by combining movement, meditation, relaxation and self defense. T'ai Chi increases blood flow throughout the entire body, keeps your joints flexible, and maintains elasticity of your muscles. To an outside observer T'ai Chi resembles a slow motion dance. The apparent ease and beauty of the exterior form gives little indication of the internal intensity of the exercise. Please call us to register for the class. |
